We at Onyx Law Group are doing our part to protect the safety of our team members, our clients, and members of the public that we have contact with from contracting COVID-19. As such, we have implemented a policy whereby all team members are encouraged and enabled to work remotely, from home as much as possible. We will do our best to respond to emails and phone calls as soon as possible, but there may be delays due to some inefficiencies of working remotely and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We are not taking any in-person meetings with clients unless deemed absolutely necessary by an Onyx lawyer, but can arrange for meetings to be done via videoconferencing or telephone. We encourage all correspondence and documents to be sent to us electronically, via email ([email protected]) or by fax (604-900-2539).
Our mail will be checked on a semi-regular basis, and courier deliveries are limited from Monday to Friday between the hours of 10:30AM and 12:30PM.
