Kevin has experience assisting clients in a variety of civil litigation and dispute resolution matters. He obtained his Juris Doctor from UBC after completing his history degree at the University of Saskatchewan. During his time at UBC, he completed an exchange at the National University of Singapore studying international law. After graduating, he worked at a downtown Vancouver firm dedicated entirely to litigation.
His practice is now focused on estate law, including wills variation claims, unjust enrichment claims, and claims for undue influence.
Kevin past trial experience provides him with the in-depth knowledge necessary to progress a claim all the way from the initial meeting to a final decision at trial. His focus with every client is on reaching the best possible outcome in an efficient and practical manner.
During his free time, Kevin enjoys golfing, reading, and watching sports.
