Rasjovan joined Onyx Law Group’s family law practice in July 2026 and has extensive experience assisting clients with pre-nuptial/cohabitation agreements, separation and divorce, parenting matters, child support, spousal support, and property division.

Rasjovan guides clients through some of life’s most challenging transitions with skill and compassion. Rasjovan works closely with clients to reach fair, efficient resolutions through out-of-court settlements (i.e., settlement proposal, four-way meeting, mediation, separation agreement), while providing steady, experienced advocacy in litigation (i.e., Court, arbitration) when a case demands it. Rasjovan is committed to helping clients navigate the legal process with clarity and confidence, always keeping their best interests, and long-term wellbeing at the center of his approach.
Rasjovan has assisted clients at both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Outside the office, Rasjovan enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, staying active through recreational sports, riding his motorcycle, and exploring his passion for cooking.
