Coquitlam Estate Filings After the Port Coquitlam Change

Coquitlam estate matters have long gone through the New Westminster Law Courts, but that shifted in 2025 when the Port Coquitlam registry began offering full Supreme Court services, civil and family filings included, at its Mary Hill Road location. For Tri-Cities families, probate applications and estate disputes can now be filed closer to home. We work with both registries depending on which suits the file. Our New Westminster office keeps us near the older registry for matters already underway there, while the Port Coquitlam counter is a useful option for new applications from Coquitlam, Burke Mountain or the town centre.
