The best way to prevent estate litigation is to seek legal advice from a wills and estates professional lawyer, who’s able to properly advise the will-maker as to their rights and what they’re able to give and what are the risks when they don’t provide equally or on the face of it, fair shares to family members who might be expecting to receive an inheritance.
